Life gives us both mountaintops and valleys...and sometimes you just need a safe, Spirit-led space to share where you are. The Praise Report or Prayer Request Session is a 30-minute intentional time for you to either celebrate your victories or seek prayer covering for challenges you’re facing. If you’re bringing a praise report, we’ll speak life over your win, acknowledge your growth, and explore how to keep that momentum going. If you’re bringing a prayer request, we’ll align in faith, intercede together, and invite God’s direction, comfort, and breakthrough power into your situation. Either way, you’ll leave this session spiritually strengthened, emotionally supported, and reminded that you are not walking alone.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Doctoral Collective LLC – Service Policy Effective August 2025 This policy applies to all sessions offered by Doctoral Collective LLC: Praise Report or Prayer Request The Doctor Is In The Doctor Is Out Just Listen, Please 1. Confidentiality All sessions are strictly confidential. Information will only be shared outside the session if you give written consent for testimonial purposes. A signed waiver is required for any release, specifying what may be shared and how. Even with consent, identifying details may be changed to protect privacy. 2. Testimonials & Story Release Your testimony may inspire others. We will only share it with your explicit permission via a signed waiver. You may decline without affecting your current or future services. 3. Payment, Refunds & Cancellations Refunds: You may receive a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled session. Rescheduling: Sessions may be rescheduled at no cost if the request is made at least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a $10 late cancellation/no-show fee, charged to the card on file. No-Shows: Failure to attend a session without notice will result in forfeiture of the session fee and the $10 late fee. 4. Conduct All participants must maintain respect toward the facilitator and others. Disrespect, rudeness, or aggression will result in session termination without refund. 5. Purpose & Scope Sessions provide emotional, spiritual, and personal growth support. They are not a substitute for licensed mental health care, legal advice, or medical treatment. If your needs are outside the scope of coaching or prayer, we may refer you to an appropriate professional. 6. Agreement By booking a session, you confirm that you: Understand and agree to this policy. Accept the confidentiality terms. Acknowledge the refund, reschedule, and cancellation fee policy.
